Found this cute Etsy store http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5806774 there is something very fresh about her designs although they are very simple.look at these cool beads made by Perlengaby from old canes. I love how crispy they look.
A new Hamsa I made. what I like most about it is that the backround is made from leftovers that I gathered from the table after making a new kaleidescope cane.
the end result reminds me of fabric doesn't it?
Oh how I missed covering vessels... I feel it has been years since I last did a "vessel" project", it was if I did not have enough patience or creativity.
I hope you will like this one- I love how it turned out. it is now on my Etsy store (first time selling such a big piece on Etsy)
I love these periods when I am in a mental state of relaxation - this is a period when I go back working on this that require patience.
made this Hamsa this weekend and I really like how it turned out.
and then it hit me- I added 50% of Studio to thin the sauce and it rocks!!!!
hope it will also work for you.

I played with this new brooch last weekend. I got some new metal leaf that is almost like a powder spreaded on a sheet of paper. when I put it throught the pasta machine it didn't crack like with a 'regular' metal leaf- you can see how it looks on the green part.
under the green layer I made a flower from a christmas cane I made and didn't like.
overall I like the end result
