this is the first time that I used rub on letters instead of writing them by hand. I think it looks more proffesional that way. what do you think?

it has been a while since I apploaded raw canes to my store. especially Kaleidescope cane- once I finish the cane I can't wait to see how it will look as a sheet, when the slices are one next to the other and hop.. the cane is gone.

Gerbera tutorial

My friend Ronni brought a wonderful present to our on line Israeli forom - she generously sent us the tutorial for her famous Gerbera cane.
since I made this cane with her a lot of time all I can tell you is that this woman is CRAZY - she has the patience of an elephant, the accuracy of scientist and an understanding soul that was kind enough not to throw me out of the room during our work (wouldn't you throw me out if I kept telling you, after each step that you are crazy for making IT like THAT??? :-) )

Thorned Heart

Love this necklace. it is made from polymer clay, metal findings and swarovsky crystal beads.
I started with this blue one as a valentine themed piece but then I couldn't stop...























so.... I made two more for my Etsy shop- you will have to go there in order to see how they look like (teezing girl)

Challenge

I love challenges. A friend of mine gave me this bottle which she uses frequently as a decorative bottle for olive oil. it used to have a cork as a stopper on top but it was lost/broken/whatever,,,
"Can you help?" was all I needed in order to get to my work table which I haven't visited the last week.
This is what I came up with. it is very simple yet very impressive.
Hope she will like it.


אני אוהבת אתגרים. חברה טובה הביאה לי את הבקבוק הנחמד הזה בו היא משתמשת למילוי שמן זית. פעם היה לו פקק שעם שאבד או נשבר והאתגר היה להכין לזה פקק פולימרי.
מכיוון שכבר שבוע לא ישבתי בסטודיו שלי מחוסר זמן שמחתי מאד על האתגר הקטן וזה מה שיצא. אני מאד מקווה שהיא תאהב את זה.
