Polymer clay Hamantashen tutorialהדרכה לאוזני המן פולימריות

lets learn how to make these lovely hamantashen from polymer clay.

you will need:
1 part white
1 part translucent
a bit of dark brown
a bit of yellow
tiny balck seed beads 9preferably holeless but mine are sice 15)
TLS
round clay cutter

1. mix the clays into one color (since i used a very small amount i found it easier to mix w/o the pasta machine)

2. Roll to a sheet on a #3 setting in your pasta machine. cut 2 rounds with the small round clay cutter.

3. Thin the ends to make them round.

4. In a small container mix seed beads with TLS. the beads shoukd be covered from all sides. don't worry about the white paste, it will lighten after baking.

5. put a small amount of "bead soup" in the middle of the circle and pinch the sides in order to make the hamantachen
שימו כמות קטנה של "מרק חרוזים" במרכז העיגול וצבטו מהצדדים ליצרת אוזן ההמן

6. insert a head pin into the hamantachen and bake for 30 minutes in 130 degrees.

after baking you can add varnish if you like to acheive a shiny look.

נעצו סיכה עם ראש מעוגל ואפו במשך 30 שקות ב130 מעלות.

לאחר אפייה וצינון ניתן לצפות בלכה להשגת מראה מבריק.

7. string to make earings/pendant or whatever you like
