here is a tutorial for making these colrful stripe backround from... scraps...
take a pile of scraps from colors that match (I chose reds) and create a log.קחו ערימה של שאריות בצבעים מתאימים זה לזה (אני בחרתי משפחת האדומים) והכינו מהם מלבן
place the log face up and cut to 8 sections )the best way to do this is by cutiing in half , then each half to half etc.)
הציבו את הגליל שאריות עם הפנים כלפי מעלה וחיתכו ל-8
הכינו משטח פסים בשני צבעים כאשר אחד מהם הוא שחור המרודד על 5 במכונת הפסטה
make 2 sheets that one of them is black rolled on #5 on your pasta machine. stack .
insert the stripes between the scrap log.
הכניסו את משטח הפסים בין החריצים שנוצרו בגליל השאריות
השכיבו את הגליל על הצד כך שמלעלה תראו רק את השאריות והתחילו למתוך לצדדים כדי להאריך את הגליל
lay the cane on its side so you'll see only the scrap on top and start stretching towards the sides in order to make it longer in size.
cut in halves and stack
חתכו את הגליל לחצי וחברו שוב לקבלת גליל פסים
פרסו פרוסות מהגליל והניחו זו לצד זו על משטח שאריות.
slice even slices and put them on scrap sheet
roll on the thickest setting of your pasta machine and there you have it :-)
