my way of giving it a twist was by adding the beads that i strung ON the vessel with Peote stich.
well that was not the end of it - after 2 hours of beading on the vessels it seemed too much to go on with the beading until reaching the top so I stopped and waited - really, I waited for a week with the half done vase in the center of my kitchen waiting for "the light" (meaning how I should finish the rest of it) and then last night it came... the rough edge is exactly what I was looking for !!
I love how it turned out and as you can see I am very excited about the finished look.
would love to hear what you think

It is perfect! The famous NZ style! :D
Lovely! It just screams 'summer' to me.
נעמה, יש לך את כל הסיבות להיות גאה בוואזה הזו. היה שווה לחכות שבוע להארה. שילוב הטכניקות שיצא בסופו של דבר כל-כך "עשה את זה". ממש אהבתי.
Gorgeous work, very summery looking.
What a gorgeous vessel! I can't wait to try these one day instead of jewellery all the time!
